- 100 Fandoms of Hell - Write 100 fanfic for 100 different fandoms. Sounds difficult, doesn't it?
- AU 100 - A one hundred themed community. As long as they story is AU. ^^
- 30 Evil Deeds - A thirty themed community. Include an ebil deed. :p
- Key Phrase Fics - Do you ever have trouble writing to just one word? Or are you looking for something different? Well this community may be for you! You can post or use phrases that people post. I find this useful because many different people are posting phrases, so you have the chance of finding one you like.
- Thirty For Three - A 30 themed community just for threesomes.
- Yaoi Challenge - I LOVE this community. Here's how it works. Submit three requests to the "Request bag". Then you can take up to five of the request. You have a set amount of time to write them for the person who requested them. The 2004-2005 Challenge ended December 31st. A new round will be starting soon, with whole new rules. This time you'll chose your author from a list, and get them to write what you what from them.

- Body and Soul 100 - A 100 themed community, except this time you write them for your own original character(s).
- Real Person Fiction 100 - Write 100 fics to 100 themed challenges involving Real Person Slash.

- Slash Me Twice - 100 Themes, except this time you can write with help from others as well as alone. For slash.
- 100 Woman - Like Fanfic 100, except this is for the women in anime/manga.
- VarietyPack 100 - Same as Fanfic 100 except in this community you can do a variety of fandoms/pairing etc. instead of just focusing on one.
- 7 Deadly Sins - A 7 themed challenge for the seven deadly sins.
- 1 Sentence - Write 50 1 sentence pieces and post them.
- Improving Geeks - Maintainer will post an improv every week and you can write to it. For slash exclusively.
- The Lime in the Coconut - Another themed challenge community. 45 Themes, Its optional to include a lemon/lime scene.
- Finding Time - The maintainer will post a prompt every week for you to write/draw something for.
- Fanfic 100 - Write 100 fanfics to 100 themes. No time limit!
- 100 Kisses - Write/draw 100 fics/pic to the 100 themes. Must include a kiss(?).
- 100 Leitmotifs - Write/draw 100 fics/pics to the 100 themes. A leitmotif is a reoccurring theme, but is not required.
- 50 Pairings - The challenge of the community is to use each pairing only ONCE. The idea is to try new pairings and situations out.
- 31 Days - Each theme corresponds to a day of the month. Writers will write to each day and theme.
- 30 Quills - 30 quotes/adages you write 30 things to.
- 100 Square-Enix Themes - 100 prompts to write romantic fanfiction based on Square-Enix games.
- 30 Sweets - Using thirty themes, write 1 fic (or draw art) for each one, as long as it includes "sweets".
- 30 Tortures - Do one fic (or art) for each session, 30 sessions in total. Torture must be included. Go here to see their definition of torture.
- 12 Fics - Write (or draw) to two sets of themes (1 set for each pairing or character).
- 30 Lemons - Write 30 fanfics with the thirty themes given, as long as the fic has a lemon in it.
