1. You must be a fan of Chase and Jack, of course!

2. You must give a valid email address.

3. Give a normal name, please. No weird symbols or numbers. Nicknames are fine.

4. If you have a website and you give me your site adress, you must put a code up on it somewhere or I won't add your link when you're accepted. I recommend putting up your code right before or after sending the join form. You do not need a website to join.

5. No porn, hentai centric, illegal or anti-Chase/Jack sites.
